Insights from my 2022

Each of these insights I have long and painstakingly gathered throughout the year. In order to draw conclusions about something, you must first listen to yourself and your feelings, and only then will these conclusions really work and benefit you, develop you as a person and help you become a better person

-It’s not always a step backward that’s a loss.
- People can be empathic, you just have to be able to recognize them from assholes.
- Not everything public opinion tells us is true, most likely a cognitive manipulation to deceive the public masses.
- We can attract failure and triumph by our thoughts.
- The telephone is the third hemisphere and is the biggest source of moral damage.
- There is no such thing as objective news, each news item contains political overtones of one side or the other.
- Money buys time, not time buys money.
- The cult of productivity has nothing to do with productivity, but with consumerism.
- Always look for who benefits.
- We are responsible for our emotions. No one can upset us but ourselves.
- Forgiveness isn’t about weakness, it’s about accepting the situation.
- When you give up your roots, you give up your basic identity.
- Money must come from pleasure.
- Human beings are collective creatures and cannot be alone. At the same time, loneliness is about self-awareness and acceptance of one’s identity, being fearless to stay with oneself.
- Gratitude does wonders.
- There is no pain that cannot be endured. If it can’t be endured, you just die. So why worry about it?
- Health is a primary concern. You are your highest priority.
- Think and fantasize about the future, not dig into yourself ad infinitum. The two processes should be mutually reinforcing. With self-reflection, go forward, but don’t stay in the same swamp of self-digging forever.
- There are people who go to God and from God.
- Insights come when it’s their time.
- You are not the center of your friends’ universe, but you must be the center of the universe for yourself.
- One must listen to all sides of the conflict and examine contradictory and enemy sources to understand the whole situation.
- There is no point in hating blindly. Learn to be better from those you hate.
- Procrastination — shows you where you should change your vector.
- Your environment unrealistically affects your emotional background.
- Saying and receiving compliments is an important part of a relationship.
- Discussing even the smallest details of the other’s person, asking how best to speak, and asking for boundaries is not a weakness, but a necessity.
- Not everything that is socially frowned upon in today’s world is really bad.
- Unnecessary people around lead to degradation.
- It’s important to be in tune with yourself and in balance with your feelings.
- Awareness of the thought process.
- Finishing what you started is important, being able to finish something halfway through is also important.
- Planning must be an action, not a sublimation of action.
- Occam’s razor is the key to development.
- If you procrastinate don’t do anything at all and brain gain from inaction.
- Independence financially and mentally is the top priority of self development.
- Spirituality is primarily about the soul, not matter.
- Christian sins are unproductive actions to avoid, even if you are not a Christian.
- A healthy approach and self-love begins with responsibility.
